MILSIM – “OPERATION SAND CASTLE”

IN THE VOLITILE MIDLE EAST A LARGE GROUP OF REBALS HAVE OVERTHROWN THE GOVERNMENT AND TAKEN SOME FORM OF CONTROL OF THE COUNTRY, IN DOING THIS THOUGH THEY HAVE ALLOWED AN EXTREMIST TERRORIST GROUP TO ENTER INTO THE COUNTRY AND START CAUSING MAYHEM. BOTH THE UNITED STATES AND RUSSIA HAVE ENTERED THE FRAY TO TRY AND RESTORE A GOVERNMENT LOYAL TO THEIR AGENDA’S AND NEEDLESS TO SAY THE REBELS WOULD LIKE NIETHER OF THESE TO HAVE ANY INFLUENCE OVER THE NEXT LEADERS OF THIER COUNTRY. ALL THREE SIDES ARE NOW TRYING TO PACK THE COUNTRY WITH TROOPS READY FOR THE BIG FIGHT BUT THERE IS A PROBLEM. THE TERRORIST GROUP HAVE BEEN PLANTING I.E.D’S ALL OVER THE PROVINCE OF OTAUA AND AS SUCH IT IS NOT SAFE TO LAND WHOLE DIVISIONS OF TROOPS IN COUNTRY UNTIL THIS PROVINCE IS MADE SAFE, ALL 3 SIDES HAVE SENT IN A SPECIAL FORCES GROUP WITH AN ATTACHED ENGINEER TO CLEAR THE PROVINCE OF I.E.D’S AND FIGHT TO GAIN CONTOL OF THE COUNTRY, WHO WILL COME OUT ON TOP?, WHO WILL GOVERN NEXT? OR WILL THE EXTREMISTS RAIN OF TERROR CONTINUE………………….
PLEASE IF YOU CAN COME DRESSED IN THEME, YOU WILL EITHER BE PART OF MODERN AMERICAN OR RUSSIAN OR A MODERN REBEL FORCE SO THINK ALONG THOSE LINES, IT WILL REALLY ADD TO THE ATMOSPHERE IF YOU DO. PMC, HALF & HALF CAMO’S, BITS AND PIECES VEST’S AND CAMO’S WOULD BE GOOD FOR THE REBEL SIDE OR A FULL MATCHING USA OR RUSSIAN LOAD OUT FOR THE OTHER TWO TEAMS, THIS IS W.A.R’S LAST MILSIM FOR 2015 SO LETS MAKE THIS ONE HUGE!!

GAME RULES
FPS Rules:
•Any pistol over 350FPS counts in game as a Semiautomatic rifle. If a part of the game calls for 'Pistols' this means sub 350FPS pistols only.
•Automatic and burst fire is only allowed on sub 400fps weapons. Unlimited magazine capacity
•ALL Weapons must be sub 500FPS on .2 bb’s
YOU MUST KNOW YOUR OWN MED (Minimum Engage Distance). Anyone breaking this rule will be asked to leave the field by DS
Hit Rules: USA – RUSSIA - REBELS
When shot
•When you get hit (shot) raise your arm above your head and call LOUDLY “HIT” (they may continue to fire if they can’t see/hear that you have called your hit). A PLAYER MUST WAIT A 2 MINUTE BLEED OUT TIME AND AFTER THAT 2 MINUTES IF THEY HAVE NOT BEEN MEDIC’D OR KILL STICKED THEY MUST GO BACK AND RE-SPAWN. The 3 TEAMS will have 1 medic per team, the medics will carry bandage rolls and will apply them in one full circle around any body part of hit person, that person is now back in and MUST YELL "BACK IN" before they commence firing, once a person has 2 medic bandages they must go back to their re-spawn and wait 2 minutes and take off any bandages and are then back in. If a player goes back to re-spawn with no bandages on then it is an instant re-spawn. Anyone can "DRAG" a hit person but they must be dragged with 2 hands i.e put down your rifle or use 2 people to drag. Every one of the players on these teams MUST carry a kill stick with them at all times. If you are “hit” and waiting out your 2 minute bleed out and you are touched by a player from another team then you must hand over all of your kill sticks that you currently have on you.
•A hit on ANY part of the body or ANY part of your gun is a HIT.
•Friendly fire counts as a HIT
•If anyone asks you for intel while walking back to re-spawn, just say you are dead.
•If you are dead and someone is asking for you on the radio, just say you are dead.
•Once you have re-spawned YOU MUST NOT PASS ON INTEL YOU GAINED WHILE DEAD!! This has the potential to negatively impact gameplay. Passing on Intel gained while dead is CHEATING and your team will be PUNISHED. DONT BE THAT GUY!
Bang Kills
•For distances of less than 5 meters
•If you have managed to sneak up on someone, or they have walked close to you. DO NOT SHOOT
•Have your weapon pointed at them, ready to fire if they want to put up a fight.
•Call surrender or say “BANG”, most of the time people will appreciate that you didn't shoot them point blank (Less than 5m).
•This does not mean you can call surrender at 20m while flying through the air, diving behind a bush when you don't have a clear line of fire.

The game will play like this………..
THERE WILL BE 4 TEAMS ON THE DAY RED (russia) main base PLOKSTINE, BLUE (usa) main base DIEGO GARCIA, YELLOW (rebels) main base JUNGLE BASE & No Bands (terrorists) main base UNKNOWN.
There will be I.E.D’s placed all around the field at the MAP LOCATIONS and on MAJOR ROADS and each one will be worth different points (written on bottom of I.E.D). There will also be multiple AMMO DUMP SITES that will double as extra re-spawn/ i.e.d drop off points once captured. Your team must try to go out and disarm and return as many I.E.D’s as possible while at the same time trying to capture other ammo dumps and collect kill sticks from other teams. To disarm an I.E.D the teams will have to use their ENGINEER and he must place 1 hand on the I.E.D for 3 minutes to disarm it and make it safe for transportation, the engineer can shoot with one hand but if he/she takes the other hand off of the I.E.D then they must start the count again once they have placed a hand on the I.E.D, any member of your team can transport a safe I.E.D however if they are “hit” while carrying one and can not be medic’d in the 2 minute bleed out period then they must place the I.E.D on the ground before returning to re-spawn and that I.E.D is now considered “LIVE” again and must be made safe again by team engineer. To complete a capture of another re-spawn/ammo dump a team must hold it for 15 minutes with 1 team member touching the kill stick box the whole time, once the 15 minutes is up the team must slap one of their teams stickers on the KS box and that then becomes a re-spawn/ammo dump for that team for the rest of the day and can not be captured by another team. Any and all kill sticks captured by the teams should be returned to their main base or captured re-spawns with great haste, at the end of the day each kill stick that your team has will be worth 1 point so the more you have captured and made safe by returning the better, please note however you MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 KILL STICK ON YOU AT ALL TIMES, IF YOU ARE CAUGHT BY ANOTHER TEAM WITH NO KILL STICK YOU WILL HAVE TO IMMEDIATELY TAKE YOUR SELF TO PRISON (the safe zone building) AND WAIT INSIDE FOR 15 MINUTES BEFORE RETURNING TO 1 OF YOUR TEAMS RE-SPAWNS TO FETCH A KILL STICK AND THEN YOU ARE BACK IN THE GAME.
Other game specific rules:
The Terrorists are there to try and stop the teams from dis-arming their I.E.D’s if a team has been trying to make an I.E.D safe and is killed by the terrorists while doing so they may just come back and find that I.E.D has been moved. Also if you happen to kill a terrorist then make sure you search him, he may just have something your team wants…………………
EACH TEAM WILL NEED A WATCH FOR THE ENGINEER AND A RADIO - NO WATCH/RADIO = NO WIN
Lunch’s will still be provided on the day and will be called at 12.30pm sharp, as soon as this happens all teams must stop what they are doing and freeze frame in their mind that point in time as after lunch the game will resume exactly how it stopped.
I.E.D’s must be captured in in a full 3 minute wait, there will heavy penalties for achieving “I.E.D Safe” too quickly.
There may be the cannon in use on the day, if a cannon round (nerf howler) lands within 15m of you, you are dead and can not be medic revived, you must return to your re-spawn without delay.
At no time is any player to TOUCH, MOVE, REMOVE, HIDE OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH ANY OF THE GAME PROPS UNLESS THEY ARE FOR THE CURRENT MISSION THEIR TEAM IS ON.
